This striking Gears of Time quilt comes in 3 hoop sizes!
The 5x7 hoop version is 28x28" when complete and has 28 blocks.
The 6x8 hoop version is 31x33" when complete and has 28 blocks.
The 8x12 hoop version is 47x51" when complete and has 28 blocks.

Fabric Requirements:
I've used 4 different fabrics on this project.
1) White Scuba( A 4-way stretch fabric)
2) Dark grunge for the big circle
3) Another grunge fabric with gold flakes
4) A plain green for the binding
| Fabric Needed: | 5x7" | 6x8" | 8x12" |
| White | 30x30" | 32x32" | 50x50" |
| Dark Grunge | 30x20" | 32x20" | 46x37" |
| Gold Flakes Grunge | 30x20" | 32x20" | 46x30" |
Binding needs to be calculated based on the width you're planning on adding. Take the width you'd like your binding, then multiply by 3 and the length would be the perimeter of the size you're going to do.
Example: Let's say I'd like my binding 50mm/2", multiply by 3 = 150mm/6" (this is the total width of the fabric you're going to need. For the length, if you're making the 8x12 then simply take the sum of the breadth + length and multiply by two. Ex. 8x12 = 16x24 Sum= 40" in total so you'll need a 40"x6" piece for your binding.
Remember to always buy a little extra, just in case!
