This set features Mom owl and her little baby keeping each other warm. The stockings are done completely in the hoop and includes 4 hoop sizes namely: 6x8", 7x10", 8x12", 10x14"
If you're looking to get the same beautiful puff effect then I recommend using a 4 way stretch fabric coupled with a thin batting (5-10mm should do) Try and not go too thick as there are dense elements to this design, especially with the smaller 6x8" hoop size. I used a 4 way stretch poly cotton called Scuba here in South Africa. It might be called something else where you're situated, it's important to note that this is not neoprene.
( Not scuba as in diving, wetsuits)
